From 25 to 28 May 2010 in St. Petersburg, Russian Conference «Problems and prospects of scientific research and nanotechnology“ dedicated to problems of research in nano-science and high technology was held.

The conference was held with the participation of the State Duma Committee on Science and High Technology, the State Duma Committee on Science and Education, institutions of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The key speaker was President of Conference Committee, Vice President of RAS Zhores I. Alferov.

The conference Committee awarded winners of the final competition “100 of the best Russian innovation and research companies». SemiTEq JSC received the honorary laureate diploma. General Director of SemiTEq JSC Yury Pogorelsky was awarded an honorary sign «Innovation leader».
