Chubays and Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation A. Fursenko. After presentation of SemiTEq group, honored guests could examine production rooms where technological equipment of «ATC – Semiconductor Technologies and Equipment, JSC» and «Svetlana-Rost, JSC» products' samples were presented. |
